Dr. Alexis Hartsfield grew up in Tallahassee, FL where she graduated from Florida State University in 2018 with a degree in biology.
She attended the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 2024. She has a strong interest in radiology, especially ultrasounds, and surgery. She loves building long lasting relationships with her patients and clients and hopes to provide care for them from pediatric to geriatric!
Growing up in Florida, Alexis wanted to come back towards the coast, bringing her to Wilmington after veterinary school.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, kayaking, reading and hiking with her dogs. Alexis has a fur family of four, Mason, a black, Mila, a miniature American Shepherd, Mardi, a long-haired calico, and Maverick, a Dalmatian. She has always loved horses and plans to add one to her pack in the future. Maybe two!
